Participation Disclaimer: You participate entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your actions and safety. By choosing to participate in the training runs on the above dates on this webpage, whether on foot, on course, before, during, or after the run itself, you acknowledge and accept that: You understand the risks involved in outdoor group running, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, adverse weather, road crossings, uneven or unstable terrain, and other environmental hazards. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage sustained during or after your participation. You waive and release Cuyamaca Race LLC, its directors, officers, founders, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and brand partners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising from your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuyamaca Race LLC and all associated individuals or entities from any claim made against them resulting from your participation in training run activities.
